Have you ever heard of the inner child?
Okay, if not, I promise to make this short, so that you do not get bored.
The inner child is a concept that represents the part of you that holds feelings, memories, and experiences from your childhood. On a deeper level, it refers to the curious, vulnerable, and even the wounded parts of you.
When I work with clients and their inner child, we focus on both positive and traumatic emotional memories, unmet needs, triggers, moments of playfulness and creativity, and so much more.

The goal is for us to recognize how the inner child impacts current triggers and responses, so that the process of reparenting can begin. Reparenting is the process of learning how to provide the nurturing, discipline, and love that your inner child (younger self) may not have received.
Wait, I promised to not make this too long.
The invitation.
I shared this to invite you to a virtual retreat. If you read this before July 27th, keep reading!!
